Battling Butler (1926)

BATTLING BUTLER (1926) stars Buster Keaton as a pampered millionaire mistaken for a fearsome prizefighter. To impress his sweetheart, he assumes the boxer’s identity—with anxiety producing results. Blending deadpan comedy with inventive physical gags, the film is also a satire of masculinity and class, showcasing Keaton’s signature precision and understated charm in one of his most delightful silent comedies.

BATTLING BUTLER will be accompanied by a live organ score created and performed by David Blazer. FREE!!
